We weigh it, you choose a soup base and how spicy you want it, and a few minutes later the whole lot comes back cooked together in one black clay pot. You pay for the weight of what you pick, so nothing gets wasted and no two pots are the same.

The room is small and bright, with plain white tables and the scales right there on the counter, and it fills up fast at lunchtime, so plenty of regulars come at five instead. Most of them are students, and a lot are back every week. Turn the menu over and you will find BBQ skewers on the other side, and the counter of free oils, sauces and condiments is there for everyone: finish your bowl exactly the way you like it.
Eat in if you can find a seat, or take it away from the counter. We also deliver through Uber Eats and HungryPanda, so a clay pot can turn up at your desk when you cannot get to us.
